According to the log, bootburn exited with error 13 at the end of flashing while trying to put board out of recovery.
Could you please let me know if you had opened Aurix USB port while flashing restricting the access for bootburn?
Could you access the port via minicom tool?
If yes, could you please re-try to flash the board? Thanks.
