Flashing Error in Jetpack 5.1.3 with Orin NX

I was trying to flash my Orin NX SOM(16GB) in custom board using the below command after applying the below changes for EEPROM.

# Change in the tegra234-mb2-bct-misc-p3767-0000.dts
mb2-misc {
         eeprom {
                  cvm_eeprom_i2c_instance = <0>;
                  cvm_eeprom_i2c_slave_address = <0xa0>;
                  cvm_eeprom_read_size = <0x0>;
                  cvb_eeprom_i2c_instance = <0x0>;
                  cvb_eeprom_i2c_slave_address = <0xae>;
                  cvb_eeprom_read_size = <0x0>;

Command Used for Flashing

sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --external-device nvme0n1p1 -c tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_external.xml -p "-c bootloader/t186ref/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml" --showlogs --network usb0 p3509-a02+p3767-0000 internal

After applying the above command for Flashing, I’m getting an output like this.

I’m also attaching the detailed log for your reference.
jp513_flashing_errors.txt (258.3 KB)

After Read checkpoint 160000, my board reboots and again goes to recovery mode. Then after I’m getting the Flash failure error.

Could you guide me to resolve this issue?

Maybe the USB connection between your Jetson and host PC is somehow unstable.
Try this:

sudo ./flash.sh --no-systemimg -c bootloader/t186ref/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml p3509-a02+p3767-0000 internal

It will first flash the QSPI bootloader, and then follow this to prepare the NVMe drive:
