Dear @qichen.ou,
Could you change the USB port on host?

I have already changed the port, I also changed to a new computer, But it’s useless.

Dear @qichen.ou,
Could you check how much time it is waiting before throwing the error on console. May be you could check increasing n_Timeout = 60 * 30 or 60 * 60 in WaitOnImageGeneration()/AdbServerManager() in DRIVEOS/drive-t186ref-foundation/tools/host/flashtools/bootburn_t19x_py/bootburn_lib.py

Hi @qichen.ou

This forum is for those developers in NVIDIA DRIVE Developer Program for DRIVE AGX. We will need you to use your account with corporate or university email address.

Or you can also change your current account to use corporate or university email address by following below links:

My Profile | NVIDIA Developer → “Edit Profile” → “Change email” → “CHANGE”

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi @qichen.ou thanks. so, when drive os 5.2 install successly, cuda 10.2, cudnn and tensorrt6.3 will be installed into agx?
I do not install SW, just install driver os. Are you same?

Hi @wang_chen2,

All necessary components will be included in DRIVE OS installed by SDK Manager.
Please take a look at “DRIVE OS Stack” document.
