Flashing fails for Nvidia Jetson Orin AGX: Waiting for target to boot up

Hi,
I’m trying to flash my Nvidia jetson orin AGX development kit. I’m using SDK manager. I pressed power, force reset and then put power cable.
The SDK manager detects the board, when flashing it progresses till 83% but later fails. The orin fans spin and stop and this goes on and on.
Here are some logs:

Kindly help me troubleshoot the issue.
