i need to flash jetpack 4.3 on my tx2 but the flashing process gets stuck on " tegrarcm_v2 --isapplet "
Please try with jetpack4.4 and 4.5 first. Probably due the the PCN 206440.

the problem is also with archive version 3.2, same output.
4.5 and 4.6 works without problems.
What is verson 3.2? jetpack3.2?

It is as expectation. The PCN document I shared in previous comment told which release shall start to support this kind of module.
