Is it okay to use rufus instead of BalenaEtcher when flashing the Jetson Developer Kit onto my micro SD card because BalenaEtcher whitescreens on my windows 7 desktop but rufus does not.
We never tried that, not sure if can work.
If required to use the desktop PC to install SDK manager, you need to use Ubuntu 18.04 host PC.
In theory anything which writes a binary image (not files) will work.
