Flashing requirements for Jetson TX2 using Jetpack 4.2

I need to flash a TX2.
I am going to have one ethernet cable connected to my host computer. So the ethernet port on my jetson will not be connected.
Do I need the jetson also to be connected to Internet since I have only one ethernet cable which will be used by my host computer?

Hi satyamkumar2302,

The ethernet cable only need connect to you host PC.
Flash JetPack and install components are via usb cable from host PC to Jetson device.
