From the User Guide

Put Developer Kit into Force Recovery Mode
The developer kit must be in Force USB Recovery Mode (RCM) so the installer can transfer system software to the Jetson Xavier module.

  1. Connect the developer kit as described above. It should be powered off.
  2. Press and hold down the Force Recovery button.
  3. Press and hold down the Power button.
  4. Release both buttons.

Please confirm that this is correct, it seems to be different vs the previous Jetson’s

it’s correct to boot into forced-recovery mode.
you still able to use the steps as previous Jetson’s, using forced-recovery+reset to enter forced-recovery mode.
