Forum Access forbidden based on location

The Forum isn’t working properly. Most of the time I get this Screen:

Access forbidden based on location.

and sometimes I get this

Error

Something went wrong.

After multiple refresh it sometimes works again.

Location: Germany, Browser: Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Both with and without login.
