FPGA Development software for Jetson Nano?

I’m working with an Intel Cyclone II FPGA board. I’ve been using Quartus II on a Windows machine to program the FPGA board. Is there a version of Quartus II that can be run on the Jetson Nano? They have a version for Linux, but I don’t think it is compatible with ARM64.

Also, if it’s not possible to run Quartus II on the Jetson Nano, is there any alternative FPGA development software available that will run on the Jetson Nano that I can use to program a Cyclone II FPGA chip?
