Frame blinks/vibrates while application has rendering fps dropped

Some application dos resource loading in runtime which expect to slowdown rendering fps and just keep last rendering frame. (Local run without cloudxr is no problem )
CloudXR send a blinking/vibrating result look like it tries to keep FPS but sending several black frames or lost headset direction tracking.

Yes, it is still there. However I can improve to reduce it almost by moving busy task to thread.
