Frame per second (frame rate) of HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4

Hello Team,

I am using HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 in my custom carrier board. But i am not sure its FRAME PER SECOND and RESOLUTION . It is not even mentioned in Datasheet.

Please help.

May I now which Jetson module you’re using?
Which JetPack version?

Operating System: Jetpack base (L4T 32.4.4)
Kernel Version: 4.9
SOM module : Both Nvidia Jetson Nano & Jetson NX

Will the FPS and Resolution will change as per Module (NX and NANO) and Jetpack base.

Your question sounds little bit confusing. So let me explain something first.

Jetson Nano (T210) and NX (T194) are two different SoCs.

T210 is published in 2015 while T194 is released in 2019.

If you want to know which one has better performance in supporting display spec, then it would probably be the NX. You can check the module datasheet on our download center for more detail. Below is part of the document.

In datasheet only resolution is mentioned , could you please help me with the value of Frame per second of HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 , for Jetson Nano (T210) and NX (T194) respectively.

Hi,

The 60hz in the datasheet is the fps you are asking.

Also, you can find the spec of HDMI 2.0 and DP1.4 over the internet… it is not NVIDIA standard.
If our datasheet mentions them, it means we can support that spec and we have the certificate from them.
