Free license expired. How do I renew?

My free license for PGI Visual Fortran expired on August 31. I have not received any email offer from PGI to renew it (as I did one year ago). My attempts to renew on the PGI website result only in a message that the license expired on August 31. An inquiry email sent to sales@pgi.com directed me to post my question in this forum.

I believe I am still eligible for this offer. How do I renew my license?

Hi ldoose,

You just need to reapply.

For US Academics: https://www.pgroup.com/purchase/freepvf.php
For German Academics: https://www.pgroup.com/purchase/freepvf_de.php

Thanks Mat. That works now. It had not worked for me over the Labor Day weekend. I suspect PGI hadn’t quite got the application process ready for the next year yet.

Yes. They couldn’t reset the system until the first work day after August 31st, which was yesterday.

Will the academic license program be renewed for 2014? Any idea when that will happen?
