Suggest you to run the cells to double check, especially below cell.

import os
if os.environ["GOOGLE_COLAB"] == "1":
    os.environ["bash_script"] = "setup_env.sh"
else:
    os.environ["bash_script"] = "setup_env_desktop.sh"

os.environ["NV_TAO_TF_TOP"] = "/tmp/tao_tensorflow1_backend/"

!sed -i "s|TRT_VERSION|$trt_version|g" $COLAB_NOTEBOOKS_PATH/tensorflow/$bash_script
!sed -i "s|PATH_TO_COLAB_NOTEBOOKS|$COLAB_NOTEBOOKS_PATH|g" $COLAB_NOTEBOOKS_PATH/tensorflow/$bash_script

Hi Morganh,

I have run the bash script which is posted here before executing the dataset conversion script. I didn’t face any issue in setting up the environment.

Please let me know any other corrections to be made. Thanks for your time

Could you save the colab notebook and share?

Please find the below link for the colab notebook uploaded in the drive:

There is below error when run above cell.

Error: /usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages/keras/init.py does not exist.

Could you run it again to double check?

While running the below cell with the setting up environment with bash script, I’m encountering the below input to be given. What is the best input that can be given here?

Output:

It is rebooting. Please wait.

Hi,
