Front panel pins

Does any one know exactly what those “colored” pins are next to the GPIO expansion slot are used for? If they are used for status (like HDD activity, power, etc), does anyone know if you can turn the board on via any of those pins by say shorting them?

Yes, I could turn the board on by shorting red colored 2 pins together
(J1A1 Front Panel connector’s 6 ONKEY & 8 GND pins)

The schematic (http://developer.download.nvidia.com/embedded/jetson/TK1/docs/602-7R375-0000-D00.Schematics.Rev.4.02.pdf) shows that

J1A1
1 HDLED (Orange)
2 GRN_PWRLED (Green)
3 SATA_LED (Orange)
4 YLW_STBYLED (Green)
5 GND (Blue)
6 ONKEY (Red)
7 RST_SWR (Blue)
8 GND (Red)

(which has been posted on since this thread’s creation, but had i seen this one first, I would have posted here.
