The update for the GX10 is available via the local dashboard or via the CLI. Mine was updated just fine.

The one on the support site from Asus is still from the 24th of March.

Also updated successfully two GX10 units. They rebooted several times so it took a while for them to come back online so I was a little worried but worked in the end.

It did not fix the sudden freezing at full gpu speed however, crashed pretty quickly for me so I’m back to capping one at 2150mzh.

@aniculescu may be able to provide guidance. You might be told to run https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5767/~/nvidia-dgx-spark-field-diagnostics and to provide the Nvidia staff member with the logs. I was told to do this. You probably want to wait for someone from Nvidia to provide recommendations for the next steps. I’m not associated with Nvidia.
