Gdpr failed by 127.188.0.2:443 not connected

Really appreciate for helping me solved my question on GDPR https certification failed.
I think my omniverse-launcher worked well for several weeks.
but I now got another issue on gdpr which prevent me to install any apps. the launcher.log is below:

Yes, the forum post was very useful to me. I found the IP address of launcher-prod.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com on my local PC was different from the others in the forum post. So I fixed this issue by re-configure the DNS of my local network-proxy software.Now, it works :)
