GeForce 560M + second GPU activation

Hi,

I’m running ubuntu 22.04LTS + nvidia driver 391.151(ubuntu depot)

I can’t find away to activate the second GPU with X.org

gmonitor shows that the second GPU is never used.

under gnome: trying to run on dedicated GPU, don’t help either

Any idea ?

Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file to your post.

It’s an old, Fermi based dual 560M system, you can’t really make use of the second gpu in a sensible way under Linux, sorry. Any feature like offloading etc. requires a newer driver which doesn’t support your gpu.
