Get metadata info that a detected person is STOPPED in deepstream-nvdsanalytics

• DeepStream Version 7.0
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only)
• TensorRT Version 8.6.1.6-1+cuda12.0
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only) 535.183.06
• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs) questions

I am using the peoplenet tao model in the deepstream-nvdsanalytics (deepstream_python_apps).

“STOPPED” means direction checking can’t give a result after analyzing. seems that two person did not move.
