"Get Started with Highly Accurate Custom ASR for Speech AI" problem with apikey

Hello,

I’m currently working through the self-paced course “Get Started with Highly Accurate Custom ASR for Speech AI”, and I’ve encountered an issue during Section 4.0: Quick Start – Deploy an OOTB ASR Pipeline with Riva.
Although the API key appears to work correctly when connecting with Docker, I receive the following error when trying to download Riva Skills Quick Start from NGC:

Downloading the Riva Skills Quick Start resource folder

“error”: “Error: Invalid apikey”
}
sed: can’t read riva_quickstart_v2.11.0/riva_init.sh: No such file or directory

Could you please tell me what am I doing wrong?

I’m having the same issue.

Hi @cursor_928741,

We’ve taken a look and think one of two things may have happened:

  1. Perhaps you did not run the additional two cells in the setup to get the NGC CLI configured with the key

  2. OR, something was temporarily wrong with NGC itself, which happens from time to time.

Please can you check those cells have been run, and try again? Let us know how it goes!
