After running for a while of our Orin NX board, 1 piece would become slower and slower, and even for a long time (as shown in the following picture and log). After cross-validation with other machines, it was determined that this phenomenon is related to the CPU module. I would like to ask if anyone else has reported the same situation? No there is no one ever reported this issue. Also, your extlinux.conf seems corrupted.

customer has done more than 80 times power on and off, found 3times stuck, 1：stucked on boot load . 2&3: was blank screen, the is any suggestion for this ? has done ABA test, the failure go with the module.

Did you only reproduce only by doing reboot? Or there is anything running to trigger this error?

不确定客户是否有Devkit 我确认下，自己的底板常温下没有问题的，怀疑这个模块某个元器件低温性能不达标

其實從你的error log來看. 目前壞掉的部分是UEFI在開機過程找不到extlinux.conf.
這東西是從external storage上讀過來的. 所以你也可以比對一下是不是NVMe 或是客戶其他開機的硬碟在低溫下會有問題.
