Getting "Failed to build pycuda ERROR: Could not build wheels for pycuda" when trying to set up a Nvidia Jeston AGX

when running pip3 install pycuda, we get that error. any help would be greatly appreciated. Will provide extra details to responses.

Could you share the complete log so we can share the corresponding suggestion?
Usually, we can install PyCUDA with the following command:

$ pip3 install pycuda --user
