Should be fine to use FDT to load desired dtb file.
Also you can update by flash command.

  1. Replace the dtb file located …/Linux_for_Tegra/kernel/dtb
  2. sudo ./flash -r -k DTB jetson-nano-xxx mmcblk0p1
