Getting nvargus-daemon crashed with SIGSEGV on Orin NX 16GB with JetPack 6.2

I’m using a CSI camera (Arducam IMX 477). Shortly after boot, I’m getting a popup message indicating a system error.
The CSI camera does work after that.
How do I get rid of this error?

Replace below attached libs to verify again.

libnvargus_socketserver.so.36.4 (2.6 MB)
libnvargus.so.36.4 (1.3 MB)
