Getting U-boot to run in SDRAM for development

Hello,

I am trying to get U-boot to run in SDRAM without flashing in order to speed up U-boot development.

As is indicates in the Tegra App Notes, the miniloader should be able to push U-boot straight to SDRAM:

The nvflash cmd I am using for this is:

sudo ./nvflash --bct PM375_Hynix_2GB_H5TC4G63AFR_H5TC4G63CFR_RDA_924MHz.cfg --setbct --configfile flash.cfg --create --bl u-boot.bin --odmdata 0x6009C000 --go

The issue I am having is that U-boot just seems to hang as indicated from the serial line using Minicom:

Anybody have any ideas whats wrong? I feel I am missing something simple…maybe some config file I need change?
