Gigabyte 3080 12GB eagle not visible in nvidia-smi, guessing driver issue

Hello,

I do have multiple cards and there are no issues with them. However, I have recently bought Gigabyte 3080 12GB eagle GPU and when running nvidia-smi there are no proper output.

Error I am getting when trying to execute my task is “cuinit invalid device ordinal”.

Please see log attached.

Might be broken, please check if it works in another system.
