__GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS stops PA process from dying

When running Planetary Annihilation with __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS enabled, upon quitting the process fails to die. I didn’t use to have this issue and so believe it’s a regression that’s only just been introduced into the current driver.
