Hi, I’m hoping to get some help with this issue. It has only started occurring a few hours ago, and was working completely fine earlier today but now when I try to export DDS files I get the error below.
My system is completely up-to-date, and I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin but nothing has changed.
Hi @h2602! Could you send me information about which GPU, GPU driver version, and type of computer you’re using? (If you can run dxdiag and send me the file it produces when you click “Save All Information…”, that would be even better.)
In the past, this was due to a GPU driver on a specific type of laptop that didn’t provide new enough OpenGL features when it detected it was running inside Photoshop. Version 2023.1.0 added a workaround for it (release notes here), but it’s possible we’re seeing a new version of this issue.

Thanks for the fast reply! I’ve just had a look and it appears that it updated to AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 25.5.1 at some point. I’m thinking that this could be potentially what’s causing the issue, so I might try and revert back to the previous update to see if this fixes it.
