The screenshots say it all:
The LED visualizer only applies to those Desktop GPUs mentioned… you have a laptop GPU, so there are no LEDs to control.
Shadowplay requires the processors stated or higher. You have a very basic CPU that doesn’t meet the requirements for that feature.
