Got Segment fault and Nano keeps rebooting with Nvidia logo

Hello Team,

I was trying to install sudo apt-get install v4l-utils, Got Segmentation fault.

So tried reboot to install again. But after reboot, Nano keeps booting with only Nvidia screen in HDMI monitor.

Board was working fine before.
