Hello everyone,
By mistake i shorted GPIO3 with another gpio and i think the GPIO regulator is not working now, i see 5V when nothing is connected accross GPIO1 but soon after i connect something it is dropping to 1.3v. Is there any solution for this?

Hi, looks like the board is damaged. If you have good hardware knowledge, you can check the issue referring to the Orin NX carrier board schematic/PCB layout file in DLC. Otherwise you can run RMA for it.
If it is not NVIDIA devkit, please check with board vendor for this.
