GPS Interference with high CPU usage

We have a TX2 attached to a quadcopter, and at high CPU usage (using Gstreamer) it seems to be interfering with the drone’s ability to get a GPS position - the antenna is maybe 20cm (8 in.) away. Does the TX2 emit anything in the 1.575GHz area or is this just likely to be normal EMI?

Edit: forgot to mention that Wifi is not on and that the TX2 and antenna are powered independently, moving the TX2 and drone apart restores the signal

Hi, TX2 will not emit any RF signals if wireless part is powered off. It looks like some high speed signal lines or power domain interfering issue. Suggest to check the nearby lines and power/ground plain of suspicious components and GPS antenna.
