GPU Fan not working with 550.78 on a GTX1650 Max-q (Fedora)

I have a dual boot with Fedora/Windows 11. The GPU fan on my asus UX534FTC Zenbook doesn’t spin up during any load in Fedora. If I uninstall the driver and use NOUVEAU, it does spin up. If I boot into windows and then restart (keeping the laptop on), the fan works fine in Fedora as well. I’ve tried using the Akmod drivers as well as the packaged drivers from NVIDIA and in both cases the behaviour is the same.

I use the iGPU and use offloading during gaming etc. The GPU fan is not detected by lm-sensors and pwmconfig and I have no way of controlling it manually (such as corectrl). I find it strange that it works if I boot into windows first or if I use the NOUVEAU drivers. I’ve also opened the laptop and inspected the fan and there are no blockages etc.
