GPU Kepler is compatible with CUDA 11.3?

Using Ubuntu 20.04.3 and 21.04 with driver 470.63.01 happen several crashes issues with softwares using CUDA and NVENC for encode and decode videos.
Driver 470.63.01 is CUDA 11.3.
Kepler is compatible with CUDA 11.3 ?
I understand that if Kepler is compatible with CUDA 11.3 the compatibility is not is for all features.
The issues are very strange how if not is possible access CUDA libraries.

Only Kepler with Compute Capability 3.5 cards, not 3.0.

For Kepler cards of Compute Capability 3.0, Cuda 10.2 was the last version that supported them. Cuda >= 11.0 only support Kepler 3.5.
