GPU memory issue while testing Aerial cuPHY channels manually

Hi,

I am very new to CUDA and the NVIDIA Aerial platform. I am trying to test the cuPHY channels manually. Specifically, I generated the test vectors using the Aerial Python mcore module and then started testing the channels

While trying to run any of the examples given I am getting the following “error terminate called after throwing an instance of ‘std::runtime_error’
what(): an illegal memory access was encountered
Aborted (core dumped)”

(more details in the attached snapshot).

FYI, I am trying to run this on my local machine with the following spec (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 , Driver Version 571.96, CUDA Version 12.8)

Hi @abhinanda.dutta ,

We do not support GeForce RTX based systems with Aerial.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for getting back to me.

So, I am still in the process of setting up the ARC-OTA platform. Meanwhile, I would like to run cuPHY examples on the cloud. I have already signed up for the NVIDIA inception program. However, I could not find resources on how to run cuPHY on GCP or AWS.

I would appreciate it if you could direct me to some resources to help me start running some simulations on the cloud while I wait for the real hardware.

Regards
