GPU stuck in several versions of Ubuntu with different drivers

Hello to everyone!
I have HP ProBook 440 G7 with GeForce MX250 and Intel UHD. It works perfect in MS Windows, but i need something different.
I’ve tried Ubuntu 16,18,20 and 21 with 450, 460, 465, 470 drivers (can’t use nouveau because i need CUDA) and always have the same problem:

If i had run something that uses GPU (glxgears for example) - system works fine, but when PC stays idle for a few minutes - display image freezes without any motion.
System remains working, because I can still have access via ssh.
In /var/log/syslog:

I’ve tried to turn off Extended Idle Power States and Runtime Power Management in BIOS but it doesn’t help. Booting with intel_idle.max_cstate=1 doesn’t help also.
