Graph Composer on Windows 10 Totally Broken with Blank GUI

@Fiona.Chen Can I provide any additional information to help solve this issue? Should I ask for support through a more-official channel? I’d love to introduce myself to DeepStream through the GUI first to learn what’s possible.

one quick question, what is the “P://” drive? Is it the home directory? Network directory?

It’s a mapped CIFS network share and contains the home directory.

I cannot get Graph Composer to do anything either. There were some warnings and errors in the console window. Do they matter? Sync does not seem to do anything. What does show is a horrible gray-on-black that is almost completely illegible. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I tried installing Graph Composer on another PC, and it starts up with a black screen. No menus or anything.

I got Graph Composer running on another Win11 machine, but I still cannot run the samples. It says I can run on the local or remote machine. But when I click Run, I cannot select the local option.

And I don’t understand how the remote machine would work. There is no input box for a network address of the remote machine, or anything like that. There is no explanation as to whether the remote machine should run Windows, Linux, Graph Composer, SSH, or what. I need some more complete instructions.

Do you mean the composer GUI show in another Win11 machine but you met another problem with running the remote graph?

Have you checked the ssh connection between the Win11 machine and the remote device? Is there log for the failure?

The remote machine should be a device which is “CUDA-capable GPU”, “DeepStream SDK 6.1.1 installed”, “Ubuntu 20.04”, “x86_64 or Jetson”.

@Fiona.Chen @mchi Any updates on the blank GUI problem? Seems that there are many experiencing the problem.
