Today, when I use Jetson TX1 to stream 4K HEVC (using gstomx library) to a computer (GPU - AMD Radeon R9 M380 2048 MB) and it can work well with VLC; however I stream to other computer (GPU - Intel(r) HD Graphics 4600), it do not work. So I have a question about this problem.
What kind of key condition for computer graphic card to support 4K HEVC if I use Jetson TX1 for streaming (using gstomx library)?

Please check if the graphic card supports HEVC decoding.
Per Video Coding Engine - Wikipedia , R9 380 supports VCE 3.0, which has HEVC.
And please also consider our GPUs Nvidia PureVideo - Wikipedia
Feature Set E supports HEVC.
