Got 19.3.8 up and running, love it.
I’m trying to get a Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac pci bluetooth - wireless network card functioning.
I have been able to find a Linux driver (a Dell rebranded by them, but same card) but have not been able to get it running with that, nor have I been able to find an “official” Ubuntu driver for it. I found a list that provides procedures for several broadcom pci id’s, but none of them match my card.
Here is the relevnt part of lshw:
*-network UNCLAIMED
description: Network controller
product: BCM4352 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter
vendor: Broadcom Corporation
physical id: 0
bus info: pci@0000:01:00.0
version: 03
width: 64 bits
clock: 33MHz
capabilities: bus_master cap_list
configuration: latency=0
resources: memory:32400000-32407fff memory:32200000-323fffff
lspci -vnn | grep Network shows:
01:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4352 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter [14e4:43b1] (rev 03)
I went to networking - Installing Broadcom Wireless Drivers - Ask Ubuntu
Which is a very helpful page. It shows a wireless table, but the PCI.ID for my card does not appear on the list.
As always, help or suggestions appreiated. I will continue to work on it, and post anything I stuble upons that may be helpful.
