Gst-launch-1.0 nvcompositor bug in tegra-l4t-r32.5.1?

On r32.5.1/Jetson Nano, we ran the script but did not hit the issue:

It run for 2527 times(around 12 hours) and still keeps running. Are you able to try the script?

And your tegrastats show 0% loading in VIC engine. The nvvidconv and nvcompositor plugins utilize the engine, so you should see loading like VIC_FREQ 80%@486. A bit strange it is 0%.
