gstreamer hang using omxh265enc, control-rate 2 and 4k

What’s the bug filing channel?

I have noticed an issue where gstreamer with omxh265enc, control-rate 2 and 4k would hang at encoding.

Changing either the control-rate to 0 or encoding 2k seems to be fine.

I believe this is a bug, any channel I can file this bug?

Hi,
We do not see any issue in running below pipelie:

Can you check if something wrong in your pipeline? Are you on r31.1/DS3.0 or r28.2.1/DS1.5?
