Gstreamer plugin-scanner cannot allocate memory

(gst-plugin-scanner:14796): GStreamer-WARNING **: 20:08:59.246: Failed to load plugin ‘/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstlibav.so’: /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libgomp.so.1: cannot allocate memory in static TLS block

Anybody have insight on this?

Issue solved by rm ~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0/registry.aarch64.bin then LD_PRELOAD=libgomp.so.1
