I am working on video codec, so I want know the capabilities of the chip on the Graphic Card specifically, Do you know where I can get the chip manual or related information. Such as the decoder can decode how many frames per second,how to set the bitrate when I decode…I want to compare the AMPERE chip with TURING chip about the capabilities of video codec, so I could decide which kind of GPU to use。
