Good day,
I can’t seem to get Nvidia to recognize this GTX 980 in the Nvidia control panel or nvidia-smi. The device manager can see it, and so can GPU-Z. It also doesn’t work as display if i set it in the bios to boot as the main display card.
There are also one K40 and one K20; both are totally recognized and working fine.
I’ve tried the following:
- re-seating
- re-installing (up to date) drivers
- removing the K40 and K20 to see if there was lack of PSU juice
- moving it to a different slot
windows 7 professional 64-bit service pack 1
cuda release 9.1
nvidia geforce display driver 390.65
Any ideas?
