Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a new resource for those looking to deploy NVIDIA Isaac Sim on the cloud or manage remote access to their simulation environments.

We have published a comprehensive tutorial on the **ThinLinc Community** that walks you through installing and running Isaac Sim on Microsoft Azure using ThinLinc.

As some of you may know, the [official Omniverse documentation for Azure Deployment](https://docs.isaacsim.omniverse.nvidia.com/latest/installation/install_advanced_cloud_setup_azure.html) mentions ThinLinc as a required tool for connecting to graphical desktops on Linux-based VMIs. This guide bridges the gap by showing you exactly how to set that up step-by-step.

**You can find the full written tutorial here:** [Install and Run Isaac Sim Using ThinLinc on Microsoft Azure](https://community.thinlinc.com/t/install-and-run-isaac-sim-using-thinlinc-on-microsoft-azure/1841)

**For those who prefer a visual walkthrough, there is also a video version available:** [Watch the Tutorial on YouTube](https://youtu.be/a5wtisGd1Xg?si=TRWeA6c4cq_kLSyO)

### Why use ThinLinc?

While this specific guide focuses on Azure, it is important to note that **ThinLinc works equally well On-Premises**. Whether you are running Isaac Sim on a local workstation, a private server in your office, or a data center, ThinLinc provides a high-performance, secure remote desktop session that handles the 3D visualization requirements of Omniverse effectively.

I hope this helps anyone looking to streamline their remote simulation workflows!

Hi, great to have another tutorial on this.

A general guide to Azure deployment also exists in the Isaac Sim docs here: Azure deployment is in [Azure Deployment — Isaac Sim Documentation](https://docs.isaacsim.omniverse.nvidia.com/latest/installation/install_advanced_cloud_setup_azure.html#) .
