I submitted a request for PVF Education license on March 11, 2011. I have not received a confirmation email yet. Should I still be expecting it, or have I missed it?

Hi Dominic,

Sorry about that. Unfortunately the person who can reset your account is vacation.

If you still have access to your vt.edu account, you can try to submit the request through that account. Or I can send you a temporary license till we can get your account reset.
