Have to restart Isaac Sim while using ROS2

While trying to follow the tutorial for “multiple bot navigation”(link below). For the first run, everything works fine in RVIZ but when I stop the simulation and press play again after some time. I cannot perform anything in RVIZ (e.g. Cannot use 2D pose estimation or Navigation) it gets non-responsive.

I have to restart Isaac sim in order for to do anything in RVIZ. Please help. Thanks in advance!
