HDMI_CEC power level of Xavier NX

In Jetson_Xavier_NX_Product_Design_Guide_DG-09693-001_v1.6.pdf said, HDMI_CEC is 1.8V power level, but in the carrier board P3509_A01_OrCAD_schematic.pdf, had been pulled up to 3V3, where is correct, is this one risk?

The pin is 3.3v tolerance.
