HDMI stopped working

The HDMI output on my new B01 seems to have stopped working. I can still SSH into it, so I know it’s on and functioning, but I’m getting no more signal. I’ve tried swapping HDMI cables, as well as the port on the monitor, but there just doesn’t seem to be any signal. Just for kicks I tried using the USB-C for power instead of the barrel jack, but that didn’t work either (not that I thought it would) but I wanted to try everything I could. I disconnected all peripherals, and I still have no video

Can anybody think of anything I’m missing ?

Does the last i2c error comes when you hotplug the hdmi cable?

This is the detailed step to dump the log we want.

  1. Connect the HDMI cable to Nano and press to power button.

  2. After system is up, if there is no signal over monitor, please unplug/plug the HDMI cable once.

  3. Use command “dmesg” and share the log.

Was this what you’ve tried?

No. I started the computer with the HDMI unplugged, then waited til I could log in, then I plugged in the HDMI. I didn’t start it with HDMI plugged in.

This time, I started the computer with HDMI plugged in, waited a few seconds to see if it worked, saw no output on the display, logged in thru SSH, unplugged HDMI, waited a few seconds, then plugged in the HDMI, still saw no display, then
grabbed the dmesg

So here’s the new dmesg…

Unfortunately I think it is hardware issue on your device.
You should file a RMA request.

Thank you. I got the RMA process accelerated due to my interactions with Wayne. The device was sent out last Saturday via fedex with the return label that was emailed to me in the RMA process and I am waiting to hear something back from somebody
