Hdmi

After a period of time (from a few minutes to dozens of minutes), the HDMI display of the module will be temporarily black for a while and then recover. What is the reason? This phenomenon has been found for a long time. It was thought that there was a single module failure or a software installation problem. Recently, several new modules + carrier systems have been applied, and no application software has been installed. It is found that there is a similar phenomenon. Each time the screen is short black for less than 1 second, the screen is closed regularly and the system automatically locks the screen. The display should be always on

Hi,

Is it monitor power saving function? Our sdk enables the power saving by default. You should notice this if you have NV devkit.

What is the default power saving function? I have turned off auto sleep

Hi,

  1. Do you enable the gnome desktop?

  2. Do you see this issue on devkit?

Novice one, what are the two problems you mentioned and where to find them

Hi,

Nothing needs to be found. Let me ask them again in more simpler way…

  1. Do you see ubuntu desktop after you boot up or you see the console?
  2. Devkit means the nvidia development carrier board.

The burning system is NVIDIA’s, Ubuntu 18.04 interface

And can you see such issue if you change the module to nvidia devkit? Do you have nvidia devkit?

We need to figure out what environment would hit this problem.

There is no kit
,If there is no package, the screen of electronic equipment is turned off regularly, and the screen of automatic lock of the system is turned off. The display should be always on

Can you provide the dmesg when error happens?
